These Terms govern your use of the LLL website, documentation, downloads, public examples, contact channels, and related software or evaluation access provided by Shock Experts LLP. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
LLL is a programming language and tooling project built to make AI-generated software stricter.
The public service may include:
- the marketing website and documentation
- the VS Code extension and related downloads
- examples, experiments, blog content, and technical materials
- pilot, support, collaboration, or research communication channels
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
- you must use the service lawfully and not interfere with its operation
- you must not try to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- you must not use the service to distribute malware, spam, abusive content, or illegal material
- you must not misrepresent yourself, your organization, or your authority to act for others
- you remain responsible for code, prompts, data, and decisions made using LLL or related tools
3. Experimental nature
Parts of LLL may be early-stage, experimental, incomplete, or subject to rapid change. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, documentation, and original materials we publish remain our property or the property of our licensors.
- you may use the public materials for evaluation and normal use of the service
- you may not copy or redistribute protected content in a misleading way or remove ownership notices
- open-source components remain governed by their own licenses where applicable
5. Your content
If you send us messages, bug reports, samples, or feedback, you grant us a limited right to use that material to operate the service, respond to you, and improve LLL. You keep ownership of your own content.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
LLL is intended to improve software discipline, not to guarantee correctness, compliance, security, or fitness for any particular purpose. You must review, test, and validate anything produced with it before relying on it.
7. Third-party services
The website or tooling may link to or depend on third-party services, including editor marketplaces, hosting providers, model providers, payment providers, or external APIs. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that the service will be free from defects or security issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shock Experts LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, or a violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
