Data Protection
A summary of how Shock Experts LLP approaches protection of information related to the LLL website, tooling, and communication channels.
Last updated: April 7, 2026
This page describes the general security and data protection posture we aim to apply to the LLL website, documentation, plugin distribution paths, and contact channels. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
1. Data minimization
- we try to collect only the information needed to operate the site, reply to requests, and evaluate product interest
- we avoid asking for sensitive information unless it is genuinely needed for support or legal reasons
- we encourage people not to send secrets, production credentials, or confidential customer data through public forms
2. Access controls
- access to operational data is limited to people who need it for support, administration, or legal handling
- internal access is expected to be controlled through authenticated systems and reasonable access boundaries
- third-party providers are used only where needed to host, transmit, or protect the service
3. Transmission and storage safeguards
- public pages and form submissions are intended to be served over encrypted transport
- data is stored using managed infrastructure and provider-level security controls appropriate to the service stage
- logs, backups, and operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed
4. Product-stage realism
LLL is an evolving project. Security controls, infrastructure design, and operational processes may change as the product matures. This page is a high-level summary, not a certification claim or exhaustive security specification.
5. Shared responsibility
- do not submit passwords, tokens, or private customer data unless we explicitly ask for them through a secure support path
- review generated code, prompts, and test artifacts before using them in production
- treat any experimental tooling as requiring independent verification before high-stakes use
6. Incident handling
If we become aware of a material security issue affecting personal data under our control, we expect to investigate, contain, and notify affected parties where required by law.
