Hiring status
Selective, project-driven, and still early
There is no giant recruiting machine behind LLL. We hire carefully when a role clearly helps
move the language, tooling, or product ecosystem forward.
If you are unusually strong in the areas below, it is still worth writing even if there is no
formal listing that matches you line by line.
Where we are most interested
Language and compiler work
TypeScript tooling, parsers, static analysis, rule systems, editor integrations, and program structure enforcement.
Reliability and verification
Scenario-driven testing, browser automation, assurance workflows, and making generated software easier to trust.
Developer product engineering
Polished IDE experiences, build systems, documentation surfaces, and practical tools that developers will actually keep using.
Technical communication
People who can explain hard ideas cleanly across docs, examples, onboarding, and public writing without watering them down.
How we work
- remote-first, with a bias for written reasoning over meetings
- small-team autonomy and direct ownership
- high tolerance for strong opinions, low tolerance for vague thinking
- a preference for people who can move between theory, product, and implementation
How to reach us
Send a short note plus CV, LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio, or anything else that shows how you
think to careers@shock-experts.com.
The strongest applications usually show evidence: code, writing, language ideas, tooling,
systems work, or a crisp argument about why LLL matters.
